Day 12 Idaho Legislative Update

In the House State Affairs Comm. today we voted to outlaw camping on State property. This will require the Occupy Boise group to find a new place to setup their encampment. The law still allows for protests, demonstration, rallies, etc. but not camping overnight.

We are hearing a rule that would require you to install arc fault breakers in any new home, or remodel.
